P4r Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the p4r platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By registering or logging in, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by p4r through its official website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with p4r Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the p4r platform. p4r reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and continued use after the changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the p4r platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years and above and are located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is permitted under local law.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at p4r. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. p4r reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, and users are required to submit the necessary documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the account being suspended or closed.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. p4r will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, except where you have promptly reported unauthorised access to p4r.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the p4r platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to cheat the system or other users will result in immediate account closure, and legal action may be taken.
Jurisdiction
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the p4r platform complies with the laws of the state or country where they are located. p4r makes no representation that its services are suitable or permitted in all jurisdictions. Users who access the platform from regions where such services are prohibited do so at their own risk.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the p4r platform are conducted in MYR (RM). p4r supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are credited to the user's account once successful payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider.
Deposit Terms
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. p4r reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time without prior notice. Failed or delayed deposits caused by issues on the part of a bank or e-wallet provider are beyond p4r's control, and users are advised to contact their respective bank to resolve such issues.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the p4r account holder. p4r reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. Processed withdrawals cannot be reversed. Processing times are typically between 1 and 3 business days.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered. p4r is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the p4r support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Important Note

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
P4r is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses, service disruptions, or data loss. All games and betting on this platform carry financial risk, and users participate at their own risk. p4r makes no guarantees of winnings.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p4r platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of p4r or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p4r. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The p4r platform may contain links or references to third-party services, such as payment providers. p4r is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. Users are encouraged to review those terms before using any third-party services.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Account Suspension
P4r reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigative purposes in the event of suspicious activity, complaints from other users, or requests from the relevant authorities. During the suspension period, users will be unable to access their account, make deposits, or withdraw funds. p4r will notify the user of the reason for suspension via email within a reasonable timeframe.
Account Closure by p4r
P4r reserves the right to permanently close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any part of these terms, or to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. In cases of closure due to a policy breach, p4r is not obligated to return any remaining account balance, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
Account Closure by User Request
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the p4r support team via email. Requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered bank account once all related investigations have been completed.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
P4r reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these terms at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Registered users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or by email. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
